apply unique artwork using film, adhesive, or vinyl.
Here is a brief explanation of this printing technique:
A transfer paper with ink is created thanks to the use of a digital printer. This paper is then placed onto the selected fabric and exposed to high temperatures (basically the paper is heat pressed to the fabric thanks to a special machine). Thanks to the heat the ink permeates the fibers of the fabric and stick to it in a permanent way.
For a successful result the three key factors are temperature, pressure and time.
Heat transfer can be used with vinyl, tapes, etc.
This technique is most commonly used in Tags. In this way the tag does not irritate the skin because it is directly printed on the garment.
It needs to be considered that it is not a very long lasting technique and it is guaranteed for 15-20 washes at maximum (it will fade over time)
The Heat Transfer can be applied on many different fabric structures and compositions.
Heat pressed Tags are used for in Sportswear and Outerwear.
